When you hire Kimberly J. MacLeod P.C., you do not hire a large, institutionalized law firm. Kim is the only attorney in her office, and she gives each of her clients one-on-one attention, listening to their needs, answering their questions, and explaining all of their rights and options under the bankruptcy laws.
When you come into the office, you meet with Kim MacLeod directly, and not with a junior associate attorney or paralegal. Kim pays personal attention to each client and wants to help you in overcoming your financial burdens by filing either a Chapter 7 bankruptcy or a Chapter 13 repayment plan.
Kim has been practicing bankruptcy law in the Seattle area for over 30 years. The majority of her time in private practice has been helping individuals, married couples, and small businesses in Snohomish, King, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and Kitsap Counties file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Contact Kim today if you would like to discuss your bankruptcy and debt relief opportunities.
Filing bankruptcy is not an easy decision, and Kim will do her best to explain your options and advise you of available bankruptcy solutions. She treats each client with dignity and respect, and is here to help you get a fresh financial start with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, or to get some breathing room by filing a Chapter 13 repayment plan so you can manage your financial issues.
Kim’s goal is to communicate with each client at each step in the bankruptcy process and to provide you with information and tools so that you can make the decision that is right for you.
General office hours are Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. until noon, but weekend and evening appointments may be available on request.
This office provides experienced, professional Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 services at competitive prices. For Chapter 7 cases, clients may need to pay for our services in several installments and may not be able to pay fees in one lump sum. We understand your financial limitations and we’ll discuss your payment schedule with you.
For Chapter 13 cases, the bulk of attorney fees are generally included in the court-supervised repayment plan with little or no pre-filing attorney fee required. We will review your payment options in detail in our initial office consultation.
Kim offers a free in-office or phone consultation. Contact her today!
