WHY CHOOSE KIM

Professional Legal Advice in Edmonds, WA

Individualized Attention

When you hire Kimberly J. MacLeod P.C., you do not hire a large, institutionalized law firm. Kim is the only attorney in her office, and she gives each of her clients one-on-one attention, listening to their needs, answering their questions, and explaining all of their rights and options under the bankruptcy laws.

When you come into the office, you meet with Kim MacLeod directly, and not with a junior associate attorney or paralegal. Kim pays personal attention to each client and wants to help you in overcoming your financial burdens by filing either a Chapter 7 bankruptcy or a Chapter 13 repayment plan.

Attorney’s Fees/Payment Options

This office provides experienced, professional Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 services at competitive prices. For Chapter 7 cases, clients may need to pay for our services in several installments and may not be able to pay fees in one lump sum. We understand your financial limitations and we’ll discuss your payment schedule with you.

For Chapter 13 cases, the bulk of attorney fees are generally included in the court-supervised repayment plan with little or no pre-filing attorney fee required. We will review your payment options in detail in our initial office consultation.
